The Best Stables In Indie Wrestling
We’ve looked at tag team but some tag groups have more than just two members.
In this article we’ll be taking a look at some of the best stables in wrestling (three members or more).
We’ll be highlighting some long-standing stables as well as some of the best up and coming groups on the indie wrestling scene today.
Let us know your favourite wrestling stables and whether we missed any out.
Destination Everywhere
We start off with one of the hardest hitting and fierce groups in BritWres in the form of Destination Everywhere. Led mainly by the O.J.M.O, who is backed up by Connor Mills, Charlie Carter and Oisin Delaney, this stable have been ripping the indie scene apart since forming.
Mills and O.J.M.O recently lost the RevPro tag team titles but we’re sure it won’t be long until the group have more gold around their waists.
North West Strong
Staying in BritWres and taking a trip north of the capital, NWS have been a force across the country - not just the region they are named for.
Young up-and-comers Luke Jacobs and Ethan Allen are an absolutely fire tag team in their own right, but the leadership of BritWres hard hitter Chris Ridgeway has given them a ruthless side.
44.OH!
Over to America now and one of the most well known stables on the indie scene across the entire country.
Made up of Rickey Shane Page, Atticus Cogar, Eddy Only, Gregory Iron, Eric Ryan and Bobby Beverly, this faction strike fear into any opponents they come up against.
It’s genuinely a surprise they haven’t been more dominant across the States.
BDK
If you’re looking for possibly the toughest and roughest stable on this list then look no further than Midlands warriors BDK.
The quartet of Wesker, Bevan, MJ Grayson and Bishop are huge, tattooed and a force to be reckoned with. But it’s Lucia Lee who is the undisputed leader of this group.
Expect this group to take BritWres by storm in the coming years, taking many titles in the process.
Schadenfreude
A huge stable with their own BritWres show, they haven’t been a full group for a long time but we can live in hope that one day they will all link up again.
In full the group includes; Chris Brookes, Kid Lykos, Jonathan Gresham, Mark Davis, Kyle Fletcher, Lucky Kid, Timothy Thatcher and Walter.
However, it’s probably only in dream land that all eight of them will be on one BritWres show at the same time - at least in the near future.
The Bled
The newly crowned Kamikaze Pro tag team champions, Clint Margera and Luke Douglas, are two thirds of this violent and wonderful stable.
Elliott Jordan makes up the trio and as well as having a more than intimidating name, this group have been taking names and cashing cheques since long before lockdown.
The She-Wolves
Since lockdown returned The She-Wolves has been exclusively comprised of the current TNT Extreme Wrestling tag team champions, Kasey Owens and Molly Spartan.
But historically this faction has a lot more Wolves at the door. At various points Rhio, Angel Hayze and Lana Austin have all been She-Wolves - and ironically have all faced the She-Wolves too. Clearly there’s a lot of battling for supremacy in this group.
The ‘87
Just a glance at this fierce quartet will tell you all you need to know about why they are one of the best stables in BritWres.
‘Big Wavy’ Roy Johnson and Alexander Roth would be a fearsome duo in their own right. But then you add the might of current Hope and Wrestle Island champ Warren Banks and the sinister ‘Poison Princess’ Jayde and you’ve got four of the UK’s toughest competitors in one group.
