Jurassic Pro Wrestling: Life Found A Way was the first show I’d been to and their second show ever. Like their debut show, it was sold out.

The Paddock, as they call it, was a bit quiet at first but when the wrestling started in got a little bit louder.

Corey McRae vs Xander

Before the match began Corey called out Warren Davis, saying Warren was too scared to face him and now he’d have to face someone that calls himself ‘Goth Daddy’.

The match began with a bit of chain wrestling it went back and forth until Corey hit Xander with a massive kick to the head to take advantage in the contest.

Corey dominated for a while, Xander tried getting back at him after the ref got in the way. Then Xander hit Corey with a massive RKO out of nowhere - something Randy Orton would’ve been proud of.

The crowd were firmly behind Xander in this match, booing McCrae at every opportunity.

Xander hit two highflying moves and then went for a third but Corey moved out of the way and hit a massive kick to the head of Xander which knocked him out.

Corey went on the attack, look at the camera and saying ‘This is for you Warren’ before hitting his finishing move called the Gorilla Driller to end the match.

The Lads (Alex Echo and Ben Jones) vs BDSM (Big Dangerous Scary Mammals, Charles Crowley and Clementine)

On the last show The Lads put a challenge to BDSM which got accepted. Before the match began the two teams took part in a cheering contest to hype up the crowd. After two turns each The Lads went for the third and got jumped from behind that’s when the match started.

The Lads fought back and started beating up BDSM, that’s when Clementine went into defence mode and rolled up into a ball, Both Lads tried to break her out of the ball, but when Ben tried to do it and Alex was on the apron Crowley pulled Alex off the apron and Clementine took advantage.

The match went back and forth for a while until, again, backhanded tactics handed the advantage back to BDSM. The match ended with BDSM using their pink flamingo as a distraction on the ref - while he was distracted Crowley put Ven on the middle rope and kicked him right in the nuts beofre the pair hit their tag team finisher to win the match.

The crowd was really into this match and all four members put on a fantastic showing.

Elijah vs CJ Carter

Elijah dominated this match for a long time until CJ hit two suicide dives and rolled Elijah back in the ring to hit his finisher. He would have gotten the three-count if it weren’t for Nick Payne getting involved pulling the ref out of the ring.

Nick tried getting into the ring but before he could got punched right in the mouth by CJ but that distraction cost CJ the match as Elijah hit his finishing move to win the match.

The crowd weren’t really into this match though, not sure why though.

Nino Bryant vs Tommy Kyle

Bryant stepped into this match at the last moment due to an injury for LK Mezinger. It was strength vs speed, where every time Nino thought he got the upper hand Tommy used he’s strength.

This trend continued throughout the match and Kyle picked up the win in similar fashion. After the match Tommy started attacking Nino and out came LK to save him.

LK picked up the mic and addressed Kyle, saying “When I get better I’m going beat you”. The crowd enjoyed that.

Evie Madden vs Smashing Mike

The match before the main event was meant to be Evie Madden vs Heidi Katrina, but Katrina pulled out through illness. Evie came out and issued an open challenge which was answered by Smashing Mike who got involved with the crowd and tried to getting the upper hand by getting in and out the ring.

Both competitors tried to injure each other’s arm but it was Evie who made Mike tap out to an arm bar. Crowd was really into this match because of Smashing Mike getting involved with them.

Nick Payne vs Dovercourt Dragon vs Dexter vs Forest Haze - Fatal Claw-Way Match

Credit: Jurassic Pro Wrestling

The rules of this new stipulation match for Jurassic Pro were elimination can occur by pinfall, submission, KO and being thrown over the top rope, with No DQs. All competitors start in the ring at the same time.

Payne trash talked all of the other competitors. Dexter was last one he trash talked and he didn’t take it too well and punched him.

The punch made Payne fall into Dragon who punched him as well that went back and forth for a while until Dexter nearly threw Nick over the top rope.

Nick and Forest then teamed up to beat up Dexter and Dragon, which went on for a while until Nick put Forest in a submission. That turned out to be a mistake because in the end he was the first one eliminated by CJ who threw him over the top rope.

The second elimination came when Dexter hit Forest with a DDT but when the ref went to count the three Rogan pulled the ref out and then hit dexter with a backbreaker to eliminate him.

Now it was all down to the final two, Forest vs Dragon. For a minute this didn’t look good as it was two vs one in favour of Forest. While Dragon was down Forest grabbed a chair so he could hit the Dragon while Rogan was holding him.

But it backfired as Dragon ducked and it smacked Rogan straight in the head and put him down. Forest dropped the chair and went after the Dragon which was a bad idea because Dragon hit him with a tombstone on the chair and won the first ever fatal claw-way.

This was the best match of the night the crowd was right behind it.
