The Best Tattoos In BritWres
HERE AT Grapple Theory we love a bit of body art and there are a fair few wrestlers we aren’t shy about showcasing their amazing body art.
While I don’t have any tattoos myself, it’s an art form I greatly appreciate and I’d probably have myself if I didn’t have a fear of needles.
But enough about me, you’re here to see some epic wrestling tattoos.
I’ve listed a lot of my favourite BritWres star tattoos below, but be sure to let me know if I’ve missed any out.
Moxie Malone - Wolf Chest Piece
The Scottish star has an epic Wolf spread across her chest, it’s intimidating and absolutely stunning. Hopefully it’s a little more cuddly than scary though.
Roxxy Hellz Belle - Skull with Wings and Flowers
Roxxy has a whole host of tattoos to choose from, but it’s the one across her back that I’ve decided is my favourite. It’s a brilliant skull, expertly drawn, with angel wings and surrounded by flowers. It’s beautifully crafted but also a little haunting.
Danny Black - Buck with Rock
The Kid Without Fear also has a fair bit of body art but it’s the one on his right arm that takes the cake for us. It appears to be a Buck or possibly a Reindeer, with a rock lodged in its antlers. It’s super metal!
Hannah Taylor - Skull Piece on Chest
Like Moxie, Hannah’s top offering (in my opinion) comes just below the neck line in the form of a terrifying and epicly cool skull with horns. It looks like it’s screaming as well which just adds to the horror of it and could definitely give you nightmares - but I love it!
Scotty Rawk - Chest Seascape & Danny DeVito
Okay so with Scotty I allowed myself two choices because I simply couldn’t pick. One the one hand he has this awesome, scenic seascape across his chest. It’s captioned with the phrase ‘Calm seas don’t make strong sailors’ and Scotty has seen his fair share of rough seas which he’s come through incredibly.
On the other hand, he has a brilliant tattoo of Danny DeVito, as his Always Sunny in Philadelphia character Frank, and it’s simply hilarious.
Lizzy Evo - Wing on Arm
The Liverbird aptly has a beautiful wing going down her right arm. It’s double appropriate because Lizzy Evo is flying her way right to the top of the British wrestling scene.
Dan Moloney - Skull on Arm
Wrestlers love skulls, I mean loads of people love skulls don’t they! Dan’s come in the form of two on his lower right arm, they are adjacent to each other and both look incredibly cool, if not a little intimidating.
Visage - Dove on Arm
My favourite piece on art on Visage’s body takes up almost the entirety of their left arm. It’s some beautiful and elegant doves flying free after breaking out of their cage. An incredibly moving image and I’m sure a metaphor for something in Visage’s life - it’s truly spectacular.
